By purchasing a physical artwork, the buyer acquires ownership of the purchased item but does not acquire copyright or the right to reproduce, distribute, adapt, or commercially exploit the artwork unless expressly agreed in writing.

These Terms apply from the date on which they are published on the website.

Comments and user-generated content

If the website allows users to submit comments, reviews, photographs, or other content, such content represents the views of the person who submitted it and does not necessarily represent the views of THE MOON PERSPECTIVE.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, THE MOON PERSPECTIVE shall not be liable for content submitted by users or for any loss or damage arising from its use, publication, or display.

THE MOON PERSPECTIVE reserves the right to monitor and remove content that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, discriminatory, misleading, inappropriate, or contrary to these Terms.

Removal of links from our website

We will consider removal requests but are not obliged to remove every reported link or respond individually to every request unless required by applicable law.

The website may contain links to third-party content or services. THE MOON PERSPECTIVE does not control these websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or business activities.

Accuracy and availability of information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information published on the website is accurate, complete, and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be free from errors or omissions.

THE MOON PERSPECTIVE may correct manifest errors relating to descriptions, prices, dates, availability, or other content.

If an error affects an order or booking that has already been submitted and paid for, we will notify the customer and allow them either to accept the corrected terms or cancel the order and receive a refund of the amount paid.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption, delay, or technical difficulty. The website may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, security requirements, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of liability

The limitations of liability in this section apply to liability arising in contract, tort, or breach of statutory duty, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Purchases and bookings

The following may be offered through the MOON ROOM website:

  • in-person workshops

  • private exhibition visits

  • consultations

  • other events and services

  • artworks.

All prices are stated in euros. THE MOON PERSPECTIVE is not registered for VAT. VAT has not been charged pursuant to Article 90(2) of the Croatian Value Added Tax Act.

A service booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully received and a booking confirmation has been issued, unless otherwise agreed.

The terms governing cancellations, changes of date, refunds, and artwork delivery are set out in the separate Cancellation, Refund and Delivery Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Written complaints

Written complaints may be submitted by email to info@moonroom.gallery.

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint without delay and provide a written response within 15 days of receiving it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

We will attempt to resolve any dispute amicably. If a dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the applicable statutory rules on jurisdiction shall apply.

These Terms do not limit or exclude any rights granted to consumers under mandatory law.
